Heavy-Duty Processing Equipment Supporting One-Stop Machining of Large-Scale Components
One-stop delivery requires corresponding processing capabilities. Phohom New Materials is equipped with a full range of heavy-duty, high-precision processing equipment, covering every step from plate pretreatment to precision tube hole drilling. This enables the complete, one-stop processing of heavy-duty pressure-bearing components weighing up to 20 tons per piece, achieving in-house manufacturing of large composite tubesheets. Additionally, this capability can be adapted to the production and processing of core components such as pressure vessel shell sections and shell-and-tube heat exchangers.
CNC edge milling machine: Performs precision processing of welding bevels on composite plates, providing high-precision reference surfaces for equipment assembly and circumferential seam welding.
80mm × 3200mm wide plate rolling machine: Enables rolling and forming of extra-wide plates to meet the needs of oversized tubesheet prefabrication.
Heavy-duty double-column vertical lathe: Handles high-precision turning of large-diameter disc-type tubesheets with strict control over geometric tolerances.
CNC radial drilling machine: Suited for mass processing of densely arranged tube holes over large areas, ensuring consistent hole size across entire batches of workpieces.
Large gantry machining center: Performs precision machining of special-shaped tubesheets and non-standard pressure-bearing components, achieving flatness and surface finish that meet the Class 1 accuracy standard of GB150 (Pressure Vessel Code).
