The conference brought together experts, scholars, and industry representatives from public security authorities, civil explosives sectors, universities, research institutes, and enterprises to discuss technological innovation and industry development in the field of blasting. At the academic exchange session, the project jointly developed by Phohom and Central South University attracted enthusiastic attention.

This technology enables the single-step explosive cladding of thick and multilayer dissimilar metals, breaking through the thickness limit for one-time cladding. It effectively addresses the challenges of intermetallic compound formation and low strength often encountered in direct explosive cladding of multilayer dissimilar metals. The technology has also been successfully industrialized, with stable product performance, high maturity, and excellent reproducibility, creating significant economic and social benefits for enterprises and society.
As an invited participant, Phohom engaged in in-depth exchanges with experts and leading enterprises in the national blasting field and returned with honors. Moving forward, Phohom will continue to enhance the independent innovation capabilities, contributing further to the advancement of industry technology and industrial upgrading.
