1 Product Structure

Bimetallic clad pipe consists of an outer base pipe and an inner clad pipe,

outer base pipe is usually made of carbon steel or alloy steel, which bears the working pressure of the piping system. The inner clad pipe is different corrosion-resistant alloys chosen based on the chemical composition of the transport medium. This structural design not only improves the corrosion resistance of the pipe, but also effectively extends the service life.

2 Product Features

Bimetallic clad pipe produced by explosion composite technology has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, which can save scarce non-ferrous metals and reduce investment costs. Phohom New Material currently has two types of composite pipes, titanium-steel and stainless steel-steel, which can provide free combination of outer base pipe and inner clad pipe materials according to the specific corrosion conditions and actual working conditions, in order to meet the diversified engineering application requirements.

3 Application Fields                                   

The natural gas pipeline field, also known as gas transmission pipeline, is responsible for transporting natural gas (including associated gas from oil fields) from the source of extraction or processing stations to urban or industrial users, ensuring an unobstructed supply of energy.

Petroleum tubing field, including downhole tubing, casing, and water injection tubing, which are designed for oil wells and used for oil and gas extraction operations, as well as to support production enhancement such as water injection and acid fracturing.

Petroleum line pipe field, the ground gathering pipeline network, used for media transport in the oil, gas and chemical industries, covering oil, gas, water and other fluids, is the core component of industrial pipeline network transport.
