"Promote Learning through Competition" Knowledge Competition
In order to improve employees' sense of corporate cultural identity, enhance teamwork spirit, and at the same time let employees know more about the company and improve their overall quality, a knowledge competition was held on the afternoon of November 1 in the conference room of Phohom New Material Corporation.
After a week of preliminary preparation and selection work, 18 contestants from various departments of the company formed 6 teams to participate in the competition. They are the Ji Gao Yi Chou team, the Dui Dui Dui team, the Ha Fo team, the Lu Tie team, the Zhi Fei team and the Zhi Ba Quan Chang team.
This competition adopts an on-site competition and on-site evaluation method, and is divided into three parts: the "It's you" must-answer part, the "You fight for it" quick-answer part, and the "Showdown" overtime part.
In the must-answer section, each team gradually got better and better, and it was hard to tell who is better. During the quick-answer session, all teams compete fiercely, pushing the atmosphere of the stadium to a climax. After the first two rounds of game, the Ha Fo team was far ahead, and the Dui Dui Dui team was in second place. The Lu Tie team and the Zhan Fei team scored the same score, so they entered the next "Showdown" overtime part. Players from the two teams assessed the situation and cooperated accurately. In the end, Zhan Fei team won the third prize this time.
After the competition, both the contestants and the spectators have completed a beautiful transformation. We must continue to accumulate experience, fully apply the content of the competition to our future work, apply what we have learned, and lay a solid foundation for better work in the future!
